International calls to some cellular numbers may be charged at different rates. 75¢ per call surcharge applies on CellConnect calls made from pay phones. Carrier Cost Recovery Fee and Universal Service Fund Fee apply. Calls will be billed at promotional rates for the first 200 minutes after which time, a discount fee equal to the variance between promotional rates and regular rates multiplied by the used minutes will be billed.
