How to use Startec CellConnect Prepaid

Using Startec’s CellConnect Prepaid service is easy and convenient.

  1. Sign up online or over the phone and choose your initial purchase amount ($10, $25, $50 or $100).
  2. Register up to 4 landline or cell phone numbers on your account.
  3. Dial the CellConnect Prepaid access number (1-888-204-1817) from your registered phone.
  4. Follow the prompts to place your call. Dial 011 before international calls and 1 before calls to the U.S. and Canada.
  5. Remember do not press the OK/SEND button after dialing your destination number.
  6. Enjoy the quality and savings!
